Direction For Use:

Sprinkle the powder on a tooth brush or just apply it evenly on the teeth with fingers. Gently brush the teeth in circular motion and from the sides. Rinse and repeat. Use it as a paste with coconut oil base. Brush for three minutes. For best results use twice a day .
