Nutritionally, 1 tablespoon of honey (21 grams) contains 64 calories and 17 grams of sugar, including fructose, glucose, maltose and sucrose. It contains virtually no fiber, fat or protein. Where honey shines is in its content of bioactive plant compounds and antioxidants. Darker types tend to be even higher in these compounds than lighter types. Honey contains a number of antioxidants, including phenolic compounds like flavonoids.

Apply on toast or crackers and consume daily. Can also be added as a sweetener to green tea, oats, daliya or salads. For best results, never heat or cook honey on flame.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Return Window

Returns or replacements are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?

You must contact us via email before sending the product back if you have received:

• A wrong or incorrect item
• An item that arrived damaged or not as expected, including damaged packaging
• An item with a manufacturing or product defect
• An order that has exceeded the expected delivery time
• An order where the shipper/courier does not allow inspection of the package before payment

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be sealed and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, washed, or otherwise used.
• The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit. Wherever possible, please use the same packaging in which the order was delivered.

All returned products will be received and examined by our team. A replacement will be processed only after the product has been inspected and found to meet the above conditions.
