Natuur's Tea tree, Peppermint & Frankincense Face Wash is the perfect Cleansing and Brightening solution for Acne Prone skin. This face wash deeply moisturises the skin without leaving it greasy, and as such makes for a smooth and light facial cleanser. The antibacterial goodness of Tea Tree & acne-fighting benefits of it clear pore congestion, fight bacteria, and control excess oil secretion. Peppermint helps in promoting clearer, spot free complexion, leaves your skin clean and fresh. Frankincense helps in anti-pigmentation of the face. Using this face wash after a long and tired day of work would not only pamper if but soothe the skin giving it a refreshing treat!

Massage and lather on wet face and neck areas. Wash off with water. Use twice daily for best results.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or replacement.

Return Window

Returns or replacements are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?

You must contact us via email before sending the product back if you have received:

• A wrong or incorrect item
• An item that arrived damaged or not as expected, including damaged packaging
• An item with a manufacturing or product defect
• An order that has exceeded the expected delivery time
• An order where the shipper/courier does not allow inspection of the package before payment

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be sealed and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, washed, or otherwise used.
• The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit. Wherever possible, please use the same packaging in which the order was delivered.

All returned products will be received and examined by our team. A replacement will be processed only after the product has been inspected and found to meet the above conditions.
