Natuur’s Spa Soap comes with the goodness of rose, oats, kaolin, clay and vanilla making it a great soap to start and end your busy day with. This soap’s anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties complement the relaxing feeling this soap gives in fighting off the effects of pollution. This handmade soap is infused with the richly evocative fragrance of rose and the heady oats to help keep the skin soft. This soap helps to relax stressed muscles and helps fight off fatigued mind and an occasional headache. It's a balanced combination of hard oils like coconut and olive oil, and soft ingredients like rose, oats, kaolin clay, and shea butter help create a soft lather and keep the skin moisturized.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Return Window

Returns or replacements are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?

You must contact us via email before sending the product back if you have received:

• A wrong or incorrect item
• An item that arrived damaged or not as expected, including damaged packaging
• An item with a manufacturing or product defect
• An order that has exceeded the expected delivery time
• An order where the shipper/courier does not allow inspection of the package before payment

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be sealed and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, washed, or otherwise used.
• The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit. Wherever possible, please use the same packaging in which the order was delivered.

All returned products will be received and examined by our team. A replacement will be processed only after the product has been inspected and found to meet the above conditions.
